This weeks theme for the challenge is Pearls. I love to decorate my cards with pearls, so I sat down and made 3 cards for the challenge, Christmas cards. Here is the first one, I used TPS Most adorable Snowmen for this one. I colored it with Copics. The poinsettia is from Marianne, I cut it out and sprayed it with white Perfect Pearls. Then I put on some flatback pearls and the sentiment God Jul (Swedish for Merry Christmas ).

Napkins for background
Napkins is an easy way to make nice cards from. They're often very nice with beautiful pictures or patterns on them. I pull off the top layer and put it on some cardstock, first I put on plastic cooking wrap over the cardstock, put the napkin on the top and then put it between some thin paper and iron on it with a hot iron until it sticks. When its cold again I cut out the piece that I am going to use for the cards. Napkin is very soft, so I like to make a frame of cardstock and put in front of it just to be safe.
It's easy, cheap and you can make gorgeous cards with this technique.
Here you can see some of the cards I made for Christmas using napkins. I will post more when I make more cards, got a lots of napkins laying in a drawer and wait to be used. My mother always finds the nicest napkins, and when I go there and drink coffee or eat dinner I always save one for a card.

The Pansy is my own drawing and cutting, I colored them with Copics. The sentiment "Grattis" is Swedish for Congratulations.
I also used butterflies, flatbacks and paperflowers.

My second entry to Blooming Days challenge
Here I used the #SiBelle digital stamp from #ThePaperShelter. I colored it with Copics and Promarkers. I used a C6 scalloped card and red cardstock. There are butterflies I cut out with my dies and there are flatbacks on the card and on the butterflies. I finished it with flowers, and I must say I really love this picture and I am very happy that it turn out to remember about the summer, like she is sitting in a café in Paris with flowers all around her.
Blooming days
This weeks challenge at #ThePaperShelter is about flowers. #Blooming days the theme is, and flower on cards are just lovely. Visit The Paper Shelter's Blog and see all beautiful cards, great for inspiration.
I decided to join in the #challenge266 and my first card this week is a Christmas card!
I used The Paper Shelters stamp The most adorable snowmen and colored it with Copics and ProMarkers.
I used a scalloped card, red and white cardstock, I embossed the white cardstock with big polka dots and used Crealie's die to cut out the circle in the middle. The white Poinsettia is from Marianne dies and I used it on white and green glittery paper and finished it by adding some lime green flatbacks. I added some red and white flowers to, it's nice with flowers on Christmas cards, if they match the card.

My first entree to The Paper Shelter Challenge Card of many Folds
I never made a card like this before, just used to do the classic folds. But this is my first try and I did enjoy it so there will be more. I enter this card in #ThePaperShelter's #Challenge #263 Card of many folds. I used up some old papers from my stash and diecut the word "Grattis" (Swedish for congratulations) and die cut some flowers, cats and chains. I also die cut the bow and the circles. I finished it of by putting on some flatbacks. Now I will make more of this folding, there is also a challenge in the facebook group "Kortutmaningar" that I will like to enter. And lucky me, at The Paper Shelter you can enter 3 cards! So my saturday evening is saved ...

Halloween Card for challenge #264 |
This is my second entree to The Paper Shelter's challenge 264. I folded the card to 3 sections and glued on The Paper Shelters background paper Matching with Halloween. Then I took the pumpkin digis I made myself and colored them with Copic and ProMarkers. I easily traced them out with a scissor and glued them to the card. The sentiment is handwritten with a white pen on to black cardstock. I finished it by glueing on some simple flowers. I didn't want to put to much decorations on it because I wanted the pumpkins to be the main part of this card.
My first entree in The Paper Shelter's Challange 264
#challange 264 add a number
I used a black cardstock from bazzil and some green and violet cardstock. I used copic to paint the digi and finnished the painting by drawing a small black outline. I traced it down with scissors and cut it out.I moved the two little hearts from the original and put them on these sweet dragons. The sentiment is written in my computer. I also used some flowers and wooden butterflies and a piece of violet organza string. I love this stamp, #Jurassic Love is the cutest.
